Before joining Danoptra Limited, Derek was Managing Director of PC World Business; part of DSGI plc.  PC World Business is the third largest business-to-business IT reseller in the UK, operating under brands such as PC World Business, Inman, Equanet, Microwarehouse, MacWarehouse and DSGI Business Services.

Before joining DSG International Derek held senior commercial positions within Iceland Frozen Foods, Boots and United Biscuits.
