Nick Harding has been employed in the gaming and leisure industry for over thirty years.

His career has included time with Coral, Bass and The Rank Group together with some smaller private organisations.  He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is the immediate past President of BACTA, the organisation which represents the UK ‘Pay to Play’ industry. In 2001 he was instrumental in the creation of iGGBA, (the interactive Gambling Gaming and Betting Association) and was its founder Chairman.   

In 1996 he led a management buyout of Rank Amusements and in May 2005 he successfully reversed RAL Holdings Ltd into Talarius plc. In January 2007, he was instrumental in the sale of Talarius to European Gaming Ltd.

In September 2007 he established Praesepe Plc as an AIM listed company mandated to acquire going concern businesses in the European low stake high volume “gaming sector”.
